The Gathering Barn is a grand space that offers seating for 300 plus guests indoors. This Ag-Education special event barn has a rustic country feel.  Your guests will learn about Wisconsin Agriculture as they experience our 'Acres of Adventures'.

There are big sliding doors on all sides of the Gathering Barn that open up for an open country air pavilion feel. The big windows throughout allow for constant sunlight and a majestic agricultural view.

Little Barn ~ Brides Quarters

 

Farm Rental Dates:April 1 thru November 31

Capacity:Seating for 300 plus indoors

Rental Times:9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight),
plus a 4-hour decorating and rehearsal window

Rental Includes:

• Exclusive farm rental
• Site coordinator & staff to supervise
• Handicap and wheelchair accessible
• Ample parking for guests (300 plus vehicles)
• Silo Gazebo for wedding ceremony

• Play Barn ~ Photo Spots & Farm Activities

  480 white chairs, 40 white round tables, 21 banquet tables
• Audio/Visual system including Two 70” big screen TV’s
• Multiple lighting options to create the perfect mood
• The Gathering Barn for the event (90-foot by 64-foot, 5760 square feet)
• Little Barn for dressing preparation space (22-foot by 44-foot, 968 square feet)
• 30 Picnic Tables
• Rustic Wagon Wheel Benches
• Multiple rustic and beautifully landscaped photo spots
• Rustic farm décor provided for your decorating
  needs (i.e. milk cans, wood crates, buckets, wash tubs)

• Animal Barn ~ Friendly Farm Animals

  Farm Adventures including Hamster Wheel Racers, Antique Tractors, Obstacle Course, Rabbit Hole Slide, Pony Swings, Farm Chalk Board, Haymow Slide, Rodeo Roping, Western Horses and Farm Animals.  Additional activities may be available depending on what time of the year the event is held.

Time Restrictions:

• 8:30 p.m. Acres of Adventures close
• 11:00 p.m. Music termination and
  bar service ends
• 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Vacate premises

Facility Pricing:

• Brand New Gathering Barn ~ Reception

  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee will secure the date
• The balance is due 30-days prior to your event
• A $500 Damage Deposit due 30-days prior
• All rates are subject to Wisconsin sales tax
• All prices are subject to change at any time
